Recommended maintenance:
- Feed module and separation roller tires: tire life will vary depending upon paper types, environment, and cleanliness. Normal tire life is approximately 500,000 pages; results will vary. Degradation of feeder performance, multiple feeds, stoppages, etc. indicate a need to change tires. It is also recommended that all tires on the feed module & separation roller be changed at the same time. The kit includes extra tires in the event one is damaged when replacing tires.
- Feed module and separation roller: it is recommended that you install a new feed module and separation roller approximately every 7th tire change. Install a new feed module and separation roller at the same time.
- Pre-separation pad: change every other time you change the feed module, separation roller or change the tires.
