As the year slowly draws to a close, the most wonderful time of the year begins for many: Advent. The smell of mulled wine and delicious Christmas biscuits is everywhere. Whether stollen, gingerbread, speculoos or freshly baked biscuits, who can resist these sweet temptations?
And there is one classic that no colourful plate should be without: Vanilla crescents. The little crescents in a powder coating are popular with young and old. The fine biscuit has a long tradition, and so the recipes are passed on from generation to generation.
Flour, butter, sugar, eggs, almonds, vanilla pulp - the basic dough for the biscuits with the nutty aroma consists of only a few ingredients. Those who love something special can add cinnamon, oranges or delicious spices.

With the LURCH vanilla crescent baking tin, you can bake the popular classic to perfection! Simply fill the cavities in the baking tin with dough. After baking, you get 16 evenly shaped vanilla crescents. Thanks to the fine-pored surface, the crescents can be easily removed from the flexible mould. Then all you have to do is sprinkle the delicately nutty biscuits with icing sugar and your Christmas biscuits are ready.
