Along with the motor and the carriage, the blade is an essential component of every GRAEF slicer. Depending on the type of blade, the blade is suitable for different requirements. The VIVO V20 comes with a universal serrated blade. This makes it a versatile helper in any kitchen.
The VIVO V20 is characterized above all by its whisper-quiet, powerful 170 watt capacitor motor. The stainless steel serrated blade lets you effortlessly slice through tough bread crusts, sausage or cheese.
For easy cleaning after use, quick blade removal is possible via the quick-lock system on the blade. An optional smooth blade (item 145361) can be resharpened at any time using a blade sharpener (model D-1000), also available as an option.
The self-supporting design with hygienic glass base plate allows trays to be placed directly under the cutting area. The smooth-running carriage with stainless steel support and child safety lock enables comfortable and safe operation.
