Information on the scope of our support packages
Our support packages for Synology customers come in three different versions: on-site, on-site post-warranty and NBD replacement. Unlike the first two versions, the Synology NBD replacement support package does not include on-site service.

Synology on-site support packages and Synology on-site post-warranty support packages
Our on-site support packages can only be booked for operational systems, i.e. always including components. Our Synology on-site post-warranty support packages are intended for all systems that have not yet been serviced by Technogroup or whose service term is to be extended.
The cost of our support packages for Synology systems depends on the hardware purchase value, the term of the licence and the service-level agreement (SLA). A separate support package is required for each system; one support package cannot be booked for several systems.

The calculation is based on defined price ranges. The following ranges are sold by the distributor: system prices up to € 500 / € 1,000 / € 2,000 / € 3,000 / € 5,000 / € 10,000 / € 15,000 / € 20,000 / € 25,000 / € 30,000 / € 35,000 / € 40,000 / € 45,000.
The insurable hardware value can be calculated as follows: basic NAS system plus expansion shelf, hard disks, power supply, network card and others.
