Mobile head electric cutter of maximum functionality and reliability
The RUBI DV-200 1000 electric cutter and mitre saw is a cutter with a mobile head, offering the professional tile fixer the maximum functionality and reliability.
The DV-200 1000 is ideal for intensive cutting of glazed ceramic and stoneware tiles, as well as for cutting porcelain tiles or the occasional cutting of natural stone.
The motor assembly, mounted on sliding bearings, of the DV-200 1000 offers the maximum precision and cutting quality, as well as the possibility of mitre cuts on pieces up to 106 cm long.
Their removable aluminium tables facilitate the cleaning and maintenance of DV-200 1000 electric cutters and mitre saws, besides the folding leg system with built-in wheels facilitates the moving and handling of the cutters. The DV-200 1000 incorporates the exclusive RUBI C3 SYSTEM, a system that allows to regulate the point of cooling and cleaning of the disk according to the needs of the user, substantially improving the performance of the diamond disk.
The DV-200 1000 includes a 200 mm diameter CEV PRO diamond blade. This continuous rim blade allows you to make cuts in all sorts of ceramic tiles with optimal results and good performances.
The 1.5 HP motor, with a thermal protector, is perfect for cutting porcelain tiles. The DV-200 1000 includes an adjustable lateral stop (0° to 45°) to make easy and practical repetitive cuts.
Its large work area (100x48.5 cm) is ideal for working with large format ceramic tiles and the working height of 84.5 cm provides the professional with better ergonomics.
